🔁 Cancellation Policy

🧾 For Digital Services (Ads, SEO, Website, Development, etc.)

• Once the service is initiated or the project has begun (after client approval or payment), cancellation is not permitted.

• If a cancellation request is made before work begins, we may consider it on a case-by-case basis.

• In case of long-term contracts or subscription services, cancellation of upcoming billing cycles is possible with prior written notice of 7 days.

🛒 For Digital Products or Subscriptions (if applicable):

• Orders for downloadable or digital products are non-cancellable once delivered.

• Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date through your dashboard or by emailing support@growrank.in.

💸 Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund policy under the following conditions:

• If the service has already been started or delivered.

• If the digital product or file has been shared/accessed.

• If the project is delayed due to client-side reasons (e.g., lack of content, delayed feedback, etc.).

✅ Eligible Refund Scenarios (if applicable):

• Double Payment: If you’ve been charged twice for the same transaction, the excess amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days after verification.

• Payment Failure: In case of payment failure or unsuccessful transactions, the deducted amount (if any) will be auto-refunded by the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5–10 working days.

To request a refund, email us at billing@growrank.in with:

• Transaction ID

• Date of Payment

• Reason for refund request
