No Refund Policy
Once a service is initiated, refunds are not applicable, including but not limited to:
- Digital marketing services
- Ads setup and management
- SEO services
- Website or app development
- Dropshipping services
- Consulting or strategy sessions
Reason for No Refund
- Time, expertise, and resources are allocated immediately upon project start.
- Digital services involve non-recoverable work hours.
- Access to proprietary strategies and intellectual property is provided upfront.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was made twice by mistake.
- Service was not initiated at all.
Such cases are reviewed at GrowRank’s sole discretion.
Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Transaction charges may be deducted.
