GrowRank is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All paid courses and subscriptions are clearly priced

• No hidden charges

• Payment gateways are third-party secured (e.g., Razorpay, Google Pay)

• No refunds except where clearly stated

5. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, comments, or feedback:

• You grant GrowRank a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content

• You agree not to post harmful or misleading content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on GrowRank (videos, text, images, tests, branding) is the property of VynHive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensed creators. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

GrowRank may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate any terms

• Engage in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity

You can also request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowRank is an educational platform. We do not guarantee job placement or income. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data

• Third-party links

• Technical outages beyond our control

9. Changes to Terms

10. Governing Law
